This year’s floral training was above and beyond expectation on many levels. Adam Havrilla’s passion for the floral industry was infectious. I also enjoyed that he shared his vision for keeping the industry relevant for the future and shared the importance of becoming innovative when designing. I was very impressed with Adam’s ability to quickly identify the strengths and weakness of the team and challenge them to improve in areas of opportunities.
